  • Update: before closing my case I noticed on the bottom of the bill saying that they were going to send me to collections, there was a phone #. So I called it. It was their billing office. The lady looked up my file and said she didn't have anything stating that I owed $500 and that I shouldn't be receiving any mail because I don't owe them any money. So what I want to know is what would have happened if I didn't call and I just paid?! Avoid this place and their scams.
