  • Monroe Road Location: Customer service is very good. People are nice, talkative, and pretty professional. They also have good prices. However, I got my cat's nails trimmed here a couple days ago (this past Sunday).... or so I thought.... At our vet appointment today we found out that Grateful Pet's didn't cut all of my cats nails. Back feet were done but front paws weren't..... very weird. Not sure if this is typical but I'm pretty disappointed and will probably just cut my cat's nails myself.
