After 8 years of going to this dealership and having mixed experiences, today's experience was a deal breaker. I went for a Quick Lane Oil Change. After a 2 hour wait, my car was 3rd on their board and that it would be another hour. I complained about the wait and got a smile and a shrug but that was it. Another customer who was also complaining was offered a shuttle ride home or a free meal at the attached diner! I told the service advisor that this was my 14th Ford and I had been a regular customer and he needed to do something. Shrug and smile. I suggested that they comp the oil change and went to wait. Then he came back with additional work that needed to be done ... new battery (yes, it was time) and battery service (useless), and that the transmission fluid was dirty and should be flushed ($180). The transmission fluid had been flushes 18 months ago (15,000 miles) and Ford's service recommendations is 60K - 150K for changes. The advisor, when challenged ... said well it was based on the car's mileage and they could not access my service records (car is from Canada). Finally, it was done (a few minutes short of 3 hours) and so now am I done with this dealership.
