  • Avoid! The rental place is not located on the airport property. You have to go to some remote parking area and use a telephone hidden in a corner to call and get someone to pick you up to drive you to their office, which looks disgusting. The line of two people in front of us took 30 minutes. The guy at the counter was argumentative with everyone. My friends and I took a picture of ourselves in front of the sign and after the contract was signed and we got into the car, the guy from behind the counter came out and harassed my friend to delete the photo she took of us inside saying he does not want his picture take (he was not in the picture). He wanted to have her give him her phone or otherwise we could not leave. These people are INSANE and horrible. The level of harassment, the bogus toll charge (and $50 service fee) two months after the rental (exactly like the others have mentioned) without proof of any ticket. We never took any roads with tolls on them. Shady, unprofessional, rude, and deceptive. Will contact the BBB and Pearson airport business management about this horrible company.
