Good: The Executive Isle usually has newer cars to select from.
Bad: The customer service is horrid if you have any issues that need to be corrected! In attempting to resolve any issues, they give you the run-around! This has happened to me on several occasions. I reserved a Luxury car online, but it was not there when I arrived. I get the same bullshit excuse of we can't help when people return their cars. When you call the Emerald Club, you also get more horrid customer service.
Just beware of this when you rent!
