  • Only two customers in the store and 3 workers. One of the workers knew we had purchases but saw that we were still looking around. Finally we were ready to check out and the three workers are nowhere near the register. They are fixing the clothes, chit chatting with eachother, etc. My thing is there are TWO customers, keep an eye on them and see if they may need your help. One being me and yes we needed help. We stood in front of register for awhile. Making noise, coughing, waiting for someone to ring us up. Finally, I decided to call the store to bring their attention to the register area. The one worker finally came and I hung up before she could get to the register to answer the phone. She said-was the phone ringing? And it just hung up? I just replied-I guess. Duh. She didn't even notice that we were waiting for awhile at the register. That to me...is very poor customer service. Rather go to the Eastern Tilly's.
