  • I've had two cardiologists, one in Denver and one in Phoenix, neither of them ever made me wait over 10 minutes, however at Ahwatukee Skin Care on 12/5/17 I sat in the exam room in a gown for over 40 minutes before saying, Enough, and leaving. As I was leaving I noticed 3 people in the waiting area who were there when I arrived. Money grubbers like Ahwatukee Skin Care over-book so they can process as many people a day as possible. It's rude and patients don't have to put up with being treated like this. One Medical is a nationwide clinic that has offices in Phoenix where you can go in with or without an appointment and see a doctor in less than 15 minutes. You can make an appointment online, by phone, or via their mobile app. They offer phone support 24/7, they take most insurance, they see 35% fewer patients than typical primary care providers, 95% of their appointments start on time or early. The doctor comes out and takes you back to an exam room, not a nurse. And among other things, they do dermatology. This isn't the 1950's where people had to make an appointment a month in advance, then sit in a doctors office all day.
