  • Went to get my nails done before going on vacation. I've been so rushed with packing that I didn't make an appointment and just walked in on a Thursday around 5:40pm. There were 5 employees working and all busy. I waited about 30 minutes before starting to get service. I was okay with it because I was a walk-in and knew I'd have to wait since they have to serve their appointments first. Some time later it got super busy of just walk-ins and they had to wait while too. Got a full set and a pedicure. I was concerned that my nails weren't going to come out as I liked because everyone was rushing due to so many people coming in. But they did a great job, shaped how I like and polish application was even. Lee did my polish and I made a good connection with her. She's honest and sincere. I am usually shy about talking to new people but her and I just talked the whole time. I will come back BUT definitely will make an appointment before coming in so I don't have to wait and then feel bad about the nail tech's feeling bad about making people wait haha.
