  • NOT SAFE! I felt so unsafe in these apartments, I am now the proud owner of a gun, a baseball bat, several alarm gadgets, pepper spray, and gallons of insect repellent. Meth heads, crackheads, GIANT black spiders, flying cockroaches, you name it, they all live here. Completely disgusting. You couldn't pay me to move back here. Save yourself the sleepless nights and exposure to harmful substances and dangerous people. There are plenty of apartments in Las Vegas, this one's not worth your time. Management is incompetent. Refused to assist with a creepy tenant who used to watch me leave for work and shout lewd comments, looks the other way while tenants use drugs in parking lots and inside units, AND then ripped me off of my entire security deposit when I left the place cleaner than when I found it. I shampooed carpet, cleaned the appliances, touched up paint, I mean I CLEANED that place and they charged me $225 for cleaning...? Really? No, I'm curious what did you possibly need to clean in my unit. WOW! Just, wow... This is how you treat the good tenants, no wonder they are all leaving this place and fast! Lol
