  • I enjoyed the process of learning about the different types of mattresses. We picked out what we wanted. Everything was delivered in a timely fashion the following day. However, we were promised the old mattress and springs would be taken away. That part did not happen. My friend took the old bed apart and we sat it outside so when the new bedding was delivered set up would be easy for the drivers. When we asked why they would not take the old stuff away they said that because we took the old bed apart and sat it outside.that they could not take the old stuff away because there may be bugs in the mattress. I think that they did not want to carry the old stuff back to the truck. It would have been about a 100 foot walk. If this would have been explained to us while we were in the showroom we would have left everything as it was and they could have taken the old bed apart and hauled it away as promised. So much for trying to be helpful. Now we get to pay a fee to take the old bed to the dump. Notice to perspective buyers do not take the old bet apart. Let the drivers do it.
