  • I have lived here at Vistara for a year now and just renewed my lease in Nov. I moved here because it was a Mark Taylor property which comes with a reputation. When Olympus took over I was very disappointed and unhappy. Things were not getting done as they used to. In a new complex such as this with all the beautiful landscape and spa like pool area it is essential to keep up the appearance. Well, I am happy to say that Olympus is finally starting to step up to the plate and do it's job. I do realize that a transition such as this takes time. Workers have to be trained to our particular needs. It is much better now and I feel that the staff is trying to do a good job. The people in the office are always friendly. When I have requested something to be fixed it is usually done within 24 hrs. and usually sooner. The maintenance staff ...... Shawn and the others are great. While they were washing down hallways I asked if they could do my patio which was SO dust covered. They came and pressure washed it down all over and it looks great. I so appreciated their willingness to help out. Keep up the good work guys, I know it's hard to keep it all done. Pick up dog poop, and 10 min later its there again. But thanks for the effort.
