  • Really tough review to write since the wife and kids really like this place... but the juice totally wasn't worth the squeeze! It took over 1 hr for us to get our rolled ice cream from the moment we arrived, until we finally ate. Here's my breakdown. 1 star for innovation. 1 star for solid customer service. 1 star for presentation. I couldn't give the 4th and 5th star due to wait time and taste, which I feel awful about. I was expecting "food orgasmic" with all the hype. However... to help put things into perspective, it kind of felt like dating a hottie for months before rounding 3rd, and when you finally do... you're left feeling wanting. OR for a more PG analogy, waiting in line at Disneyland for over an hour, and when you finally get to go on the ride, which only lasts for 3-5 mins, you can't help feeling... what a gyp!
