  • I would pass on this place. Loud inconsiderate clowns moved in above me. After numerous complaints to management over 2 months, there is zero improvement in the situation. I was finally told (rudely I may add) to call the police instead. Um...no, this is your problem not theirs. So, I end up having to move. Outside of the unfortunate management situation, I would give it 3-4 stars. Place is nice enough, location is decent. Price is not great, but I would say is market value. Also, the hallways are constantly being sprayed with very strong perfumed agents which can be quite noxious at times. I am assuming this is some sort of masking attempt.
