  • Amenities are really great on the surface. I love the golf simulator, pool areas, gym, lounge, etc. However, the maintenance on these amenities seems to be lacking. For example, the protein machine (amazing) broke 2 months ago and nobody bothers to fix it. Several pieces of the gym equipment are malfunctioning and they don't do anything about it. Seems like they bit off too much for them to chew. Took them a few weeks just to fix our leaking toilet. In their defense, there are a lot of nice things that need to be kept up but you shouldn't be selling your residents on amenities that can't be counted on. Update: Gym equipment has been fixed/replaced since my review. Maintenance seems to have improved.
