Previously I have made (2005-2014) numerous purchases from the Golf Galaxy (G.G.)Charleston location. Quality items that were purchased at the shelf price. 2015 I search elsewhere to establish the buyer/seller relationship that I had at the G.G. Charleston location.
I left Golf Galaxy cause the staff was inconsiderate and did not show any want "to earn your business".
February 11th 2016 I walked back into G.G. Charleston and met James the Sales Manager and he has gone out of his way to earn my Business. I have to stop going in there now because James and his staff are so knowledgeable and attentive; that I always leave with merchandise.
As for my present dealings with the staff at G.G. Charleston location has been anything put delightful and appreciative by me. The character of the store has changed since the new "blood" has taken over.It is such a pleasure to see what a new management team can do.
