  • Called first and was told that for an eye problem, I just had to go in. I was asking about waiting times, and the operator didn't tell me that I could make an appt. Total time: 2 1/2 hrs., 1 1/2 in the waiting room. I like the PA I saw, Jessica Henry, but am not happy that when I asked why someone who arrived after I was taken back before me, only then was told about making an appt., so that I could've been at home for most of that 1 1/2 hrs. Sure will the next time.
