  • Hello and Good Afternoon, Where to begin. Well, the communication was great. They called and gave me the understanding they did not want the job from the get go. When Matt arrived he stated the the equipment I sourced for 7500 would cost me 25000 if I purchased it through them for an equivalent brand. He tried to sell me on the idea of rebuilding my entire AC system the way they wanted. In most systems, split systems if something breaks nothing works. Where is their job security. I am kind of glad he acted the way he did. With an attitude like that I do not think I would want him to work on such an important part of my home. So I HAD BUDGETED 15K (KEEP IN MIND MOST COMPANIES ARE SAYING IT TAKES THEM 3 HOURS FOR A 1 HEAD INSTALL) FOR THE INSTALL ALONE AND NOW I AM HAPPY TO SPEND IT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. Edit: WOW, after reading these reviews I am really glad!!! You must have misunderstood. He was asking 25 k for the 2 compressors and 7 heads. If you want to talk about fairness let's discuss your 350 markup. My budget of 15 k was for the company to install it. I already had a quote from a licenced electrician to run the electric for about 450. He did offer to sell me the same brand unit your Yelp reviewers are complaining about, the one you claim zero responsibility for when they break. Either way, I am glad it worked out the way it did. Your tone on the response is evident to all who read them. Come on 2 stars? I should have checked first. Edit 3: My bad, one star. Edit 4: So apparently it appears this owner files and discredits his reviews on BBB. I am currently working with BBB for all data associated with the review. "March 27, 2017 Below is a response from the business to the customer review you submitted to Better Business Bureau. To Whom It May Concern: This person is NOT a customer! There was NO transaction. This person wrote the sam complaint on Yelp and is now copy/pasting on other review sites (hence why the verbiage makes no sense here). He is angry because (he claims) he purchased air conditioning equipment online for $7500 and now can't find anyone who will install it for him. We told him per his own words "from the get go" that we do not install equipment purchased online (for obvious warranty and liability issues). This person admitted he had another company (also a member of the BBB-ACIAC, as we are) tell him the exact same thing first. Please do not post this review as he is not even remotely a customer, nor can he claim he had a bad experience with us as there was none. NOTE* We suspect he may be a competitor based on comments made and the fact that he is blasting us on review sites, even though he has never done business with us.
