  • We recently switched to Dr.Madsen at Cambrian Vet Clinic when our previous vet was unable to sedate our dog due to a collapsing trechea. My experience so far has been terrific. All the staff have been friendly, great with my dog and obviously enjoy what they do. Dr.Madsen was so gentle and loving with my dog who is inherently nervous and needs a little TLC to be comfortable with strangers. She thuroughly explained how she was going to ensure he was safe during the sedation to clean his teeth given he has a collapsing trechea and made sure I was aware of the risks. She was also very conscious that these types of procedures are expensive and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary added services. I truly appreciate that her and the staff are realistic, down to earth and understand that by being reasonable with customers in terms of expenses and doing what is most beneficial will in turn ensure customers continue to put their trust in you, be loyal and take proper care of their pets.
