  • I wasn't at all impressed with my real estate purchase service. I waited longer than I felt was appropriate due to a boardroom overbooking. There were inconsistencies in the mortgage documents which were the fault of the mortgage company but which the paralegal on file should have noticed and addressed. Most importantly, the cheque wasn't sent to the sellers' lawyer in a timely fashion, thus delaying the closing. No one followed up to make sure the problem was corrected and I am still awaiting hearing back on some other loose ends around fence lines.
