  • Ok so my update is that the next day i was contacted by a few people from Towbin who generally were concerned with my experience. I ended up telling my story ti Jaden who seemed to really understand my concerns. He asked if there was anyway they could earn my business and give them another chance. I said ok but i wanted things handled quickly and honestly. He did exactly that. A couple hours later we took home a new truck and honestly i would buy from them again. However i would hope to only work with Jaden and or his manager that was there. He was also honestly concerned about my experience. Im updating my review to four stars not five even though Jaden was great i feel neither him nor i should have been in that spot. Wish the while experience was as positive from the start.
