First of all, the croissants here are TO DIE FOR. wow, they are so good. during my recent trip to Montreal my friend and I came here every day. Great coffees as well, and their upstairs seating area is cute and a nice area to take a break (I especially like that it's upstairs and thus nice and quiet, unlike most cafes where you are constantly interrupted by the sound of coffee grinding or milk steaming).
My only complaint is how weird the queue is here...it's always crowded, but half the time we were there they were taking numbers (like a deli) and the other half it was just the girls behind the counter saying, "next customer!" maybe there is some secret system that as a non-French-speaking dummy I didn't understand, but it was very confusing to try and figure out how to order every time.
