rev:text	Stay far away from this moving company. The woman who answers the phone is RUDE. (strange for a company that clearly states they are a Christian company) The only reason I used them was because they were recommended to us. Big mistake! The price I was quoted suddenly changed when it came time for the bill. They charged almost 100.00 more! The men that were sent out were rude as well. I should have sent them away immediately when I sensed the "I'm helping you out, you don't matter to me vibe". They were slow, took several breaks, answered phone calls, ect. Previous movers would have had everything out in half the time. They complained, did not want to properly disassemble items so they would arrive in good condition and I had to ask them to wrap items. When initially speaking to the office they told me that "nothing would leave the house unless it was wrapped or padded properly." WRONG, none of the wrapping would have been done unless I asked the men to do it! I even had to disconnect my own washer and dryer. They were slow unloading as well when we got to the destination. After calling to complain about several things including the up charge I was told that they did not need complaining customers and to not contact them again. This is advertised as a Christian company complete with the "God Bless" on the receipt. I can only surmise they are only planning to answer to a "higher authority" because from my point of view they sure could care less about their customers. I feel my only recourse at this point will be to contact the BBB and possibly small claims court.
