  • The first time I came in I asked if they do nail art, I showed them the design on my nails so they would understand the type of art I like. I was told " not a problem" I was encouraged to either pick one of their designs or choose one off line. It was made very clear to me on the first visit, nail design wasn't something they care to do, but the design I received was pretty, so I went back. My second trip wasn't much better, but the girl explained how she hadn't been feeling well, so I took her attitude in to consideration. The third time ( today) I stopped by on 6-5-16 and made an appointment, as I really don't want to be a bother or cause the girl frustration by taking up her time with me, painting my nails. Today she explained " nail art is to time consuming, therefore no one does it anymore and it isn't being taught in the schools anymore" She made it perfectly clear to me with her bad attitude, how she really doesn't want to do nail art. If they do not know how to do nail art or simply can't be bothered, that's fine by me. I just don't understand why I wasn't told in the beginning , nor do I understand why they have the hands on display showing nail art. Although the design on my nails atm is subpar, this review is not about the workmanship, it is %100 about the negative attitude she had and has had the past 3 times I've gone in. I like pretty artsy nails, I asked before hand if anyone can a would design my nails, a simple no would have been an acceptable response. I don't understand when it became "ok" to treat paying customers so rudely? Therefore for the first time in I don't know how long, I spoke up for myself, I decided not to stay for my pedi, I asked her why she ever accepted me as a customer knowing I would be getting nail art on my appointments. She of course thinks I'm angry because of her artwork, that is simply not true. I recently stopped going to my other nails Solon after 5 years of hot n cold customer service, I wasn't about to fall down that rabbit whole again. To add insult to injury she charged me $20.00 for the design and $15.00 for my fill, I didn't stick around for a top coat. Let's not forget, by my saying anything at all about her attitude, it opened the door for her to hurl insults at me! Sigh! If you're looking for a professional friendly experience, do not come here. Well, maybe if you're willing to keep your mouth shut and not receive the job you've asked for, you'll be ok.
