  • We had 5 estimates from companies vetted by Angie's List and Google Reviews. Ultimate Concrete Coatings had a fair price, worked with us to customize a color and sold us on the durability of their product and their customer satisfaction. We had the deck done in July 2014. There were places that didn't get or take stain and the pool edges were stamped, but ran, and the breaks that they ground in don't match up from the horizontal line on the deck to the vertical coming from the pool. So far they have failed to show up for their scheduled appointments on 4 occasions and they do not call to reschedule. It seems they hope you will just go away if they don't call you back. Those appointment took nearly a dozen calls to make. I thought we were paying for the company service and workmanship, not just the product. I was wrong.
