  • My wife and I just went on Saturday November 11th to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. Although the meal was tasty and the service by the wait staff was wonderful, we wont be back. Here's why. Sitting next to us was a party of 12 very loud very obnoxious and clearly inebriated men who never shut up, even when food arrived. The wait staff knew it and made several comments about it, and I informed the manager, who said she would talk to them about it. If she did, which I doubt, there was no action taken. An offer to reseat us to a different table after we are 3/4 of the way through our meal is useless. Besides there was no location in the restaurant that you couldnt hear their yelling. They should have been given an option to be quiet or leave. But your staff is clearly more interested in making money. You wont be getting any more of ours. And we live here, so we would have been more frequent customers, as opposed to these people, who were clearly visitors. Very very disappointed in your organization Don Shula. I was a fan of those 1972 Dolphins. I dont believe your commitment to be the best Follow up. I submitted an email through their online web contact form. I got back an email that started with Hello [your-name], Thank you for contacting Us! One of our Team Shula members will respond shortly. No contact in over a week Nice way to treat your customers
