  • LOVE this place! After seeing great reviews here on Yelp I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Gustin. When I called in I explained that I had some hives, but also needed to schedule a new patient appointment/annual physical. The scheduling department got me scheduled for an appointment for both about a week later (I let him know the hives weren't super concerning to me & were going away). I was able to print & fill out paperwork before going in & was back in an exam room within 15 minutes of walking in the door. The medical assistant took me back & explained that they typically do not do both types of appointments in the same day due to wanting to address any concern & do a regular physical separately, but they would do what they could for me & asked my preference because it wasn't my fault that the appointment was scheduled incorrectly-loved the customer service! Dr. Gustin was fabulous & very thorough without it being tedious! I feel confident in her care! I also had to have bloodwork done during this appointment & the scheduling department had pre-heated me to this on the phone & told me to fast. Right after my appointment with Dr. Gustin, they took me back for bloodwork & the 2 ladies back there were so funny & just amazingly nice! They made it a fun experience! Overall I just can't recommend this practice more! Give them a try!
