rev:text	Let me state that Elements BRAND cares!!Last Saturday this time I had nothing but bad things to say about my experience with one of their franchise facilities. ALL that changed when I received a call from Corporate Tyler & Area District Mngr Nelson. Wow, what a redemption testimony do I have to tell now. Not only did I get a follow-up call I also experienced humanity from these two individuals. Their customer service righting a wrong was top notch. Can't say that I'm glad I went through what I did with the other franchise Elements owner, BUT having in depth conversations with these two individuals made the bad experience a distant memory! I recommend this location to anyone reading this review. You will be glad you did. I am making the drive to Scottsdale to be treated with kindness! Thank you Corporate Tyler & Nelson!!!
