  • This restaurant/bakery is absolutely fantastic! The puff pastry goodies put most other bakeries around town to shame and they have a great selection of crepes. My friends and I went down for lunch but, upon viewing the assortment of goodies under the showcase, I couldn't help but make a few purchases to take home, which I will describe later. First of all, the lunch was very good. I had a Croque Monsieur and it was tasty, although it could have had more ham in it. Because there was so little ham, there wasn't much ham flavor so it would have been great with a little jam as a side-offering as it would have been delicious with the sandwich. But the outside was crispy and flavorful and I wasn't sorry I ordered it, by any means. My friends ordered a spinach, tomato and cheese crepe and split it because it was a pretty large order and they both enjoyed it tremendously. Me, I don't think I'd split it because it looked good and I'm pretty sure I could have eaten the whole thing. They also each had a dessert crepe - one with Nutella and strawberries and the other with chocolate and strawberries. I was lucky enough to get a bite of each and both were scrumptious. I will definitely be ordering one of those two next time I go. Now, for the pastries. It's obvious they actually use butter in their puff pastry. I can't remember the last time I could taste butter in a danish but I had a bite of the blueberry danish when I got home and believe me, they use butter. So good. I also ordered a lemon scone and a blueberry scone to go but when i tried them, they were a tad dry. But that's okay. I'll definitely be purchasing their danish again. I ordered a flaxseed bread and couldn't resist having a piece of that as well when I got home. The crust was chewy and the flavor of the bread was divine. I will be buying this bread on a regular basis for sure. I really can't wait to get back there to not only try out their crepes, but to try out their breakfast crepe. It sounds wonderful. If one arrives in that area before 11:30 am., there is plenty of parking, not to mention the paid parking lot right next door. So no problem there. The service was right on point and they were busy. We could have easily been in and out under an hour if we had to be. I highly recommend this restaurant.
