  • It should be a "0" star. We dropped our kitten off for surgery in the morning and were told to call after 3:30 to check on his condition. I STARTED calling @ 3:30, left a message with follow-up calls until 6:00, since their hours are until 6:00. We were left wondering how our kitten was. I finally called again @ 7 am and was told that they had gotten my messages, but had left @ 3:00 since their surgeries were done for the day. I had to wonder how many pet owners were left hanging. Additionally, when I picked up my kitten, I had to leave work early since they planned on closing @ 3:30 that day- at least they told me. The office person gave me an envelope of pain meds. When I got home and opened it, it was empty. Again, several calls to an answering machine with no response- I never did get through to them. Never, ever again and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. After I posted this, their office called me to apologize and to refund for the meds that I didn't receive. She sounded very nice and understanding of our frustrations, and you could tell she was a pet owner. I'm happy that they did their best to fix the issue. I should add that we've used this clinic before with no issues. Hopefully this was a one-off.
