  • This review is for the new location on 8th and is related to my attempt to get service for a newer iMac. Pros: faux Apple Store decor is nice Cons: ambivilent service, service costs that exactly 3.8x greater than the Apple Store, parts that were 1.25 times greater than the Apple Store. Actually the service was less than ambivilent it was pretty bad. Needless to say I didn't feel bad walking out, firing the iMac into the car and making an appointment at the Apple Store. Ps I told them I was buying two iPads that day too and it didn't seem to perk them up in the least. Bottom line is stick with the Apple Store for WAY better service and WAY Lower costs.
