| - Please whatever you do DO NOT go to Goodman and Partridge!
This may be long winded but I want to share this with everyone...
My wife and I recently went to Goodman & Partridge because she had been experiencing a pain in her stomach after and during intercourse.
We are currently trying to get pregnant and have been going to a fertility center for tests to have a healthy baby!
After one of the tests she had done she felt like something was off and was told to schedule an exam with my OB to see if she had a yeast infection.
When she went in for my appointment at Goodman and Partridge, she told the Dr how we are trying to conceive & how we just figured she had an infection.
As she began the exam, the dr. said "ohh wow you have a lot going on right now." The dr. then told us she should be tested for HIV, Aids & STD'S just to be sure. She told her she had the same partner for years, She gave us a look like maybe we wernt being faithful. She told them she just had a miscarriage & have since been in and out of the hospital, OB (out of state) and Fertility Clinic... she told her they have tested her for all that as soon as they found out she was pregnant. The dr. then told me it was my choice, it's just a good way to rule it out, so we declined.
When performing the exam the dr. then said her cervix was far left and that she didn't want to prescribe any medication to her just yet. She told us "Let's see if everything fixes itself and we'll get you back in here for a follow up." ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? First you tell her she has so many things going on, then you backtrack and say let's wait it out and just get you back in here in a week or so!!!!
Her words "IM IN PAIN FOR SOME REASON...HELP ME ...That's why I came in here in the first place".
When she asked why she was having pain she said it looked like she had a yeast infection, Bacterial Infection and possibly an STD the others (OB, Hospital &Fertility) just didn't catch. As for the pain in her stomach it could be because she doesnt go to the bathroom right away when I have to pee, or it's a delayed orgasm she is experiencing after intercourse. In the end she told her she just wanted to prescribe her a cream to help with the itchiness could develop within the next few days, oh but the cream isn't covered by most insurance company's and will cost $80 out of pocket.
After this experience she decided to try out a different Ob office and was told everything looked normal & to top that off she got her results back within two days saying she has a bladder infection and that's it!!!
She called Goodman and Partridge to see if they could tell her anything about my results there (10 days later). After being placed on hold several time & also told they have not come in yet. The lady told her the annual exam came back normal, but the dr. needs to see her for a follow up appointment to go over other things!
All they want is your money, the offices are dirty and not kept up, and they are not afraid to scare you or put things in your head when it comes to your health.
