I am a Michael's frequent shopper. The Centennial store is closest to my home. I don't foresee shopping there again anytime in the near future. The problem is the last several trips to this particular store I have observed many disgruntled employees. I have witnessed other customers reactions as they witness the behavior. Not one employee that I have encountered has appeared to enjoy their job. After tonight's visit, with my husband in tow, I decided to write this review because he actually commented to me that it appeared no one cares to be there and the customer service was lacking. I would suggest someone higher up take some time to visit and evaluate what can be done to boost morale at this location. Happy employees equate to happy customers which equates to more spending and bigger revenue for your company.
