  • Out of all the haircuts I've got here, this has to be by far one of the worst haircuts I've ever had from this establishment. The lady kept hitting my ear with the comb and after a while it started to hurt a little and I kept turning my head to not feel the pain she said "Stop moving you head, I can't cut it" and instead of apologizing she just made up excuses. Very disappointed. She shampooed my hair and left it dripping wet, I looked hideous, when I walked out I deliberately hid my hair in embarrassment. I found her body tattoos to be unsettling and unprofessional. If this location practices good business ethics and believes the customer instead of the employee, that they should refund me my money and give me an apology.
