  • I had a ac leak in my hallway and called happy carpets to find out about getting the carpet cleaned as soon as the ac guy fixed the leak. A landlord I know recommended them. Happy carpets called back and told me they are booked till next week (business booming!). I told her thanks but I need it done sooner and may have found another company that can accommodate me. She told me the things to worry about when getting the floor dry before mold grows and what to watch out for with different companies. Knowing she couldn't provide me with services, she still took the time out to check the other company I was going to have to go through. She went online while on the phone with me and verified they seem to be reputable. They have me as a customer now, maybe not this time because I need a last minute cleaner but when I need my carpets done and not the same day I will be calling them! She was more concerned about my floors than trying to get my money and when a company puts you first that's amazing! Till next time happy carpets!
