This must be a first! People who actually have knowledge about the products they sell. I know, virtually unheard of, right?
When I am in need of black haircare products (yes, black people do not necessarily use the same haircare products as non-black people), I would plan on driving around to at least two or three places to get what I needed or wanted. YES has put an end to that. I get what I need, when I need it and for the right price. In addition the staff is FRIENDLY and acknowledge that you are a repeat customer. I typically go to the East Baseline location, but recently I went to the 51st Ave store and the customer service was just as helpful and friendly.
They need one more store in Central Phoenix, just sayin....
