If Yelp didn't require a minimum one star grade, I wouldn't give this business ANY. To preface things, I walked in with a pair of pants that needed mending. They'd been messed up pretty badly, so I wasn't even sure if they could be fixed...
Right off the bat the older man that I interacted with was a jerk. His first words were, "What do you want?" No joke. In my head I thought, "Really, sir? You couldn't even greet me graciously?" I held out hope it was just an accident or something, but for the rest of the conversation he was incredibly rude and condescending. He acted as though I was a complete imbecile for even asking my question. Sir, that's why I came to you. You're the "professional" that's supposed to explain how things can or can not be done in a courteous manner. If you can't handle that, perhaps consider a different line of business. One that doesn't require human interaction.
In short, this experience was horrible. I will NEVER return and I will tell as many people as possible to avoid said establishment.
