| - This place lives up to the hype and the burgers are amazing! A friend and I stopped by here on a Friday night around 5pm. Although there was already a line, it wasn't too long and we were quickly seated in about 10-15 minutes.
The atmosphere is casual but classy and the waiters and waitresses are wonderful. Since this is called the Gordon Ramsey Burger, we both got burgers and truffle/parmesan fries.
The forest burger is a beef patty topped with tremor cheese, seasonal forest mushrooms, and duck bacon. It was sinfully savory and the buns are crispy and buttery without being overly heavy. The patty was cooked to perfection (caramelized edges with a hint of pink on the inside) and the goat cheese gives an unexpected tang to tickle the taste buds in a delightful way. The mushroom lend the burger an overall mellow earthy tone. Lastly, the duck bacon complements the tangy cheese well with its saltiness. However, I would have preferred the bacon to be thicker since this slice was too thin to bring out the meaty and fattiness of duck meat.
The tomato sauce and truffles aioli sauce for the parmesan fries are really good! The tomato sauce tastes like Italian sweet gravy and the truffles aioli is creamy, earthy, and savory. However, I prefer my fries to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fries I received were dry on the inside and out.
The service was very good, but the burger could have been hotter when it arrived. When we received the burger, it was lukewarm which means that it was sitting out for a while before being brought to our table.
Overall, good meal and very good service. Gordon Ramsey Burger did not disappoint!
