  • First-time renter, got charged an extra $151.50 because the people at the desk didn't quote the correct amount before I left and didn't let me know until after I had already returned the car. Called the 1-800 number and got an attitude from everyone I spoke to, and no refund whatsoever. Will never be renting from this company again.
