  • Now I can appreciate how important the retail shop is where you purchase something expensive! Took my carbon bike bought three years ago at Bicycle Ranch back after possible small cracks appeared in the frame. Louie in the service shop was great. He was very supportive. He worked with the rep, sent pictures back to the factory, and got approval to return it to the factory. Marcus Zimmer, shop owner, kept me informed about its status and sent me emails from the factory with choices of paint for the new frame. The shop did a great job disassembling and then reassembling the bike after the new frame arrived. Chris did a quick fitting and off I went with a new bike! Total cost was $225 to disassemble and reassemble the bike. Great job Bicycle Ranch!
