  • Employers: send all of your employees to the store to learn about poor customer service!!!!. I spend several hundred dollars a week at Safeway and Starbucks and continually find myself being told by the employees what I CANT have at Starbucks without even asking. The employees continually gossip about other employees in front of customers and in fact have overheard them gossiping about customers as well. STAY AWAY!!!!!
