  • I just went in and had acrylic nails done, and they cut me quite a few times. They had my nails done in exactly an hour which was perfect because I needed to leave right away, but they sure didn't take time on my nails. They were very rough and just shaved off my cuticles with that rough nail buffing tool and I even pulled my hands away because they kept burning me or cutting me with it. She tried very hard to be gentle with me afterwards, but ended up doing it again with a regular nail file. At the end of it all, they ended up looking pretty great, BUT they left glue all over my fingers and under the nails which is visible to all, and they left bubbles in the nailpolish and THEY ARE SO UNEVEN!!! :( They glued my actual fingers to my nails which is causing me lot of pain. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because they do amazing pedicures. Also I was told the acrylic nails were only $32 and they ended up charging me $40, maybe because I asked for coffin nails? They should have told me:( . I didn't even argue the price because there were too many people up at the front desk and I just wanted to go home at that point. Overall I will not be getting my nails done there again. UPDATE The manager contacted me and offered to have my nails redone to my satisfaction. I appreciate the help and how quickly you responded :)
