  • We just purchased a new vehicle from Fletcher Jones Imports, and we are beyond happy with our decision. We actually went to the dealership "just to take a look", one evening after dinner, and walked out with a new vehicle! The staff was so patient even though it was close to closing time. Our particular salesman Shai gave us several options to look at, and drive; and thankfully, he didn't even bat an eye when I asked to see a vehicle for a second time that was in a downstairs garage. We were also dealing with the GM that evening and we had a good experience with him as well. I would also like to recognize Patrick and Zach (I hope I remembered those names correctly!!). By the time we got to these 2 fellows it was definitely passed closing time! We were all tired by then, but Patrick was a joy to deal with as he was truly genuine and yet very funny, and made the financing and warranty section easy to understand. Zach was the one who helped us understand all the features of the car and synch our phones at the very end of the journey that night. That guy was outstanding! He took his time with us, and was so enthusiastic about the vehicle, it made us really excited about our purchase. Overall, we had a great experience here, and I LOVE my car!! I will definitely be a returning customer.
