  • I would give zero for the horrible front office staff and their entitled tone. They are disrespectful and act like we need to acquiesce to their needs. Then they spend more time yapping and gossiping. No thanks! If that's the first encounter and the doctors aren't doing anything to change it, there are other ent's.
