  • I've had 2 terrible experiences at this location. The first one was me witnessing an employee sweep dust, dirt and hair from the dining area IN TO THE KITCHEN AREA. The same employee then went on to counting cash into a register and then to helping customers WITH OUT WASHING HER HANDS. The entire staff was socializing and joking around the entire time as well. My food took 15 mins, which isn't typical of any other Einstein I've been to. When I called the manager was very professional and offered me a free meal, but never actually took down my information. I'd rather not go into a store demanding free food to people who have no clue who I am or what the situation is. So I decided to give them another chance. I went through the drive thru and ordered the nova loxs. They put everything on my bagel except for the lox. Of course by the time I realized it, it was too late to turn around because I had to get to work. From now on I'll be supporting my local small businesses that are managed far better and actually care about the customers.
