  • booked this company through the Ballantyne Hotel in Charlotte - the driver called me at 7:30am (the time they were supposed to pick us up for the airport) to let me know they were 30 min late- not good, also we were 7 people with 7 suitcase and needed a sprinter van to carry all the luggage and they showed up in a regular SUV- late to the airport to check in to our flight after waiting for them to switch to sprinter van. Luckily they had one parked at the hotel. I would not rely on this company. Maybe it was the first and last time this happened to a client, who knows, but I would not risk it.
