I bought my car in Summer 2014, it was fine. I don't think anything was stellar, but it's Honda where there is little wiggle room when buying new.
My complaint comes two years later when I take my car in for an oil change, tire rotation & state inspection. I had damaged the outside of my passenger side mirror. It works fine just looks a little ugly. I did ask if they would give me an estimate as to how much it would cost to fix it. About 30 minutes after dropping it off, they called to tell me it would "not pass inspection" due to the damage and it would cost over $330 to fix and they would have to special order the parts. Mind you, I did this to my car 1.5 years ago and it passed inspection last year at another service enter. So I told them to do the emissions, oil change, rotation and that would be all....
I then promptly took my car to Midas where they passed my car for inspection with NO mention of the mirror being an issue at all. (Only needed a new air filter)
Bottom line: they are skeezy liars and I will never take my car to be serviced there ever again. They tried to basically con me into a $330 service I didn't need and I will remember that in the future.
