rev:text	The reason we chose this center is that the facility it self is very nice and the woman whom gave us the tour was super friendly and the teachers we were able to meet seemed nice. The first day my oldest daughter was placed in the wrong class. The second day she got in trouble for swearing (btw, she did get in trouble with us as well) which the teacher made a big deal about but then the following day she came home with a scratch on her belly and all the teacher could say is that when she asked both my daughter and the little boy what happened it appeared he kicked her. I understand they are watching a ton of kids and things happen fast but you aren't watching when kids are hitting and kicking? It also broke my heart one morning my daughter cried as I was leaving her, I hugged and kissed her and reassured her but didn't want to linger to make it worse for her. As I walking out I stopped at the monitors they have by the front desk to see how she was and instead of a teacher comforting her they just let her stand there and cry a bit then when she calmed herself down she sat at a table all by herself just looking around. Not once did a teacher come up to see how she was doing. Again I know there is a ton of kids but they couldn't take a second to direct her to maybe draw or color? As for my youngest daughter I can say her teacher was pretty great and super sweet. The three year old room did seem a bit chaotic some days I even had to ask one day for the teacher to get some help as she was the only one in the class and there was about twenty kids. When I went to the front desk to ask why there wasn't another teacher to help they seemed annoyed and said someone was on their way into the classroom to help. Then the director comes out of an office and ask what the problem is very unprofessionally. Also, my youngest had a very hard time adjusting to this school which is weird as this is not the first time she's been in daycare. I called to check on both my daughters one day and the woman placed me on hold for about 1 minute, came back on the line and said they were both fine. When my dad picked up my girls that evening my dad said the teacher of my youngest said that my daughter was crying all day, to the point that her cheeks were raw from her wiping her tears. It makes me think she didn't really check on them when I asked. I would have liked to know that my youngest was having a rough day and I would have tried to make arrangements to have her picked up sooner. I also heard the director talking about a kid misbehaving and she was complaining it was only 8am and they were already having to deal with them. As soon as she saw me turn the corner though her tone totally changed. It's a shame that you're paying $758 every two weeks for two kids and they don't even provide lunch and this is the kind of experience we had. The facility is nice but to call it a learning center is a stretch. I asked my 4 year old if they did any school work and she said no. Sorry for the long review but I felt I needed to share our experience so that you know what you might encounter if you choose this daycare.
