We are Starwood Preferred Members and the hotel front desk would not help us retrieve our Starwood Preferred account. They would not honor the rate we had on line and told us to book the hotel ourselves then made us wait 15 minutes to check in after we spent 1/2 hour retrieving our Starwood Account information and booking ourselves IN ThE LOBBY. No there were no other guests in line! We traveled from NY and were meeting friends or we would have left and gone elsewhere! Even at a 2 star hotel the front desk will gladly assist customers with account information. In todays world we are all using points and hotel travel accounts, the customer service at this 4 star hotel left a bad taste in my mouth. I will stay at the Hyatt or Hilton or any of the other 100 hotels in Phoenix the next time I am in town! Overpriced, 2 thin grey scratchy towels, 1 water for us to split, $150 a night, $20 to park.
Stay somewhere else!
