Mediocre is the theme here. The food is just too bland. All of the dishes were lukewarm. Sitting out too long? The seasoning was off and nothing was spicy. Pad thai was subpar. Noodles were too limp and sad-looking. The curries were passable. Fried rice needs flavor. The fried shrimp (is this thai?) was decent. Overall, disappointing food. You can definitely get better thai elsewhere.
On the plus side, the service was friendly and welcoming. They could use more plates, however. There weren't enough dishes, and people were re-using their dirty plates. Gross... For a buffet, there should be a constant supply of clean plates.
Decor was dumpy and kind of a turn-off. I'm not against hole-in-the-wall restaurants, but the mediocre food quality doesn't make up for this place's dumpiness.
Price? Seems okay. We used a Groupon for the buffet. This made the price acceptable but otherwise not worth paying full price.
