  • My husband and I were loyal customers of Scuba Views and both completed our Divemaster courses with them and in fact preferred the small scale, personal attention. My husband prepaid for his Instructor (IDC) course and materials without a scheduled course start date which we had no issue with because we trusted that Bill would uphold his end of the bargain. After months and months of either no response or blaming the course director, still no IDC class start date. We requested a refund for the course and were denied. They stated that there were no refunds on courses and that the opportunity was open ended - but how long were we supposed to wait! We were continuously given excuses about their personal financial troubles and they refused to give us our money or even merchandise in return for the cash they clearly had already spent. Now, I see that they are opening a new store next month and feel more taken advantage of than ever. My husband and I will never use Scuba Views or recommend their services again. Please be cautious of prepaying for services unless they are already scheduled.
